Born in the Black Forest, Obergfell honed his craft at renowned kitchens such as Traube Tonbach, Waldhotel Sonnora***, Brenners Parkhotel**, and most recently as sous-chef at Ophelia** in Konstanz.
Now, through Mühle Schluchsee, he comes full circle—guided by precision, shaped by experience, and grounded in a quiet bond with the region.
Restaurant Manager
Born in the Münstertal valley, Sina’s path led her from Ammolite** at Europa-Park and Ophelia** in Konstanz to the Mühle Schluchsee.
A part of the team since 2022, she now takes on the role of restaurant manager – with a keen eye for atmosphere, a clear commitment to service, and a calm sincerity that perfectly complements the spirit of the Black Forest.
